Your task for this webquest is to do research on both Benjamin Franklin and Independence Hall. Using the websites that are provided to you, you will be answering certain questions about both of these topics. Then once you have answered the questions, in groups of three to four, I want you to create a PowerPoint with your group or on your own if you chose to work solo that highlights the most important things that you have learned through this webquest. Each group will then present this powerpoint to the class and the grade that you recieve is based on the groups performance as a whole. So no slacking off or you may hurt your entire groups grade, not just your own!
Benjamin Franklin Questions:

2. In what year did Franklin invent bifocals? Why are they so unique?
3. Why was Franklin's famous kite experiment so important?
4. When and where was Benjamin Franklin born?

Independence Hall Questions:
1. In what year was Independence Hall built?
2. What is Independence Hall mainly known for?
3. Where was the Liberty Bell's original home? Be specific.
4. From 1775-1783, Independence Hall was the primary meeting place for what group of people?
5. In what year was the U.S. Declaration of Independence approved and signed?

Once you have completed the ten questions about Benjamin Franklin and Independence Hall, your next step is to create a PowerPoint presentation that highlights the most important things that you have learned about both of the topics I have assigned to you. I encourage you to do this presentation with three to four of your classmates, but again, that is your decision.
